We want every YawnHaus to feel like a quiet upgrade to your nights. If it doesn't, sending it back is simple.

30-day happiness guarantee

Every YawnHaus product can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We ask that bedding and accessories be returned unwashed, with original packaging wherever possible.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@yawnhaus.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
  2. We'll send a prepaid return label within one business day (US orders).
  3. Drop the package off at any carrier location and forward us the tracking number if you have it.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving your return. Your bank may take an additional 2–7 business days to display the refund.

Pillow hygiene note

For hygiene reasons, pillows must be returned unused and in their original packaging. If you've slept on a pillow and aren't loving it, please reach out — in many cases we can replace the cover, swap firmness, or offer store credit instead of a return.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement right away.
